Coaching

At some point in life, getting help with one of life’s challenge might be the most rational and helpful thing that we can do. We realize that we might not have all of the answers nor the time or energy to find them on our own.

Congratulations if you have reached this point because you are taking the first important step to tackle the challenge: you are being proactive!

Test Anxiety

Working with students and up-and-coming managers over the years, I have gained a lot of experience coaching others through test anxiety. Test anxiety can affect anyone, whether you are finishing secondary school or high school, a student at university, or an employee who has to pass tests for career advancement or certification. Please reach out to me if you would like to learn more about how I can help you channel your energy into relaxed learning and avoid debilitating worry.

Business Coaching

In business coaching, we will discuss many social science and management principles and use them to form a strong mental basis for positive change. This will help you remain proactive, form and follow personal and career goals, motivate you to face challenges, and manage your personal expectations along with any disappointments on the way.

Personal Coaching

As a certified Coach,* I can also help you with your personal, relationship, and family challenges. If you are struggling with a particular family member, a partner, a particular life situation, or if just want to take better care of your mental health and wellbeing, please reach out to me. I can help you.

Enjoy the process of improvement.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
